Confusion on the Rapture! Part 2

The other church left behind “for refining” is the church resembling Laodicea. She is neither hot nor cold and as a result of her lukewarm attitude is instructed by the Lord to buy. It will cost something to have to buy from the Lord. The sad truth of the attitude at Laodicea is that they think they are “rich and have become wealthy and have need of nothing” Rev. 4:17. They view themselves as knowing it all and nothing is lacking in their understanding of God. Who can minister to such people? They listen not even to the Lord’s council nor even understand, “and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked”. Not one of us who reads this will say, “That is me”! But who is it, if it is not to the church!!!!!

They are the 5 foolish virgins left behind at the closing of the door leading into the marriage, Matt.25:10. They were instructed to go and buy because they lacked oil. No external oil represents their lack of relationship with the Holy Spirit, for all who are sensitive to the Holy Spirit listen to Him. They are not shut out of the Kingdom just out of the “chadar” known as the wedding chamber. The door that is shut in this parable is representative of the door that is open during the time of the Feast of Trumpets, Ezekiel 46:1. It is the only Feast that can be delayed as is the case in this parable. The foolish are refined by fire, not because He hates them but on the contrary He loves them, “Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline” Rev. 4:19. The call still goes forth to make yourself ready for the wedding, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him and he with Me” Rev. 4:20. If anyone thinks the Lord will not discipline His people he will soon be a believer, this is biblical truth. This parable has nothing to do with salvation but everything to do with the sanctification of the bride making herself ready for the wedding!!!!!!!!

The bride will be raptured and the church will be left behind. This is the reason the doctrine of both pre-tribulation and post-tribulation are correct. The pre-tribulation rapture is the mystery of the bride. The post-tribulation is the Smyrna churches calling and the Laodicea churches refining. This is confirmed by Daniel in his book concerning the anti-christ and his revealing, “By smooth words he (anti-christ) will turn to godlessness those who act wickedly toward the covenant, but the people who know their God will display strength and take action. Those who have insight among the people will give understanding to the many; yet they will fall by sword and by flame, by captivity and by plunder for many days. Now when they fall they will be granted a little help, and many will join with them in hypocrisy. Some of those who have insight will fall, in order to refine, purge and make them pure until the end time; because it is still to come at the appointed time” Dan 11:32-35 NASU. The anti-christ is revealed at the mid point of the 7 year covenant with the many, Daniel 9:27 and 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4. The church and the 12 tribes will give insight to the many but others will be martyred and yet some will be refined and purged to make them pure until the end time.

The church at Philadelphia is symbolic of the raptured bride. Out of all the churches the church at Philadelphia is “kept from the hour of trial that is coming upon the whole world to test those who live upon the earth” Rev.3:10. There is an open door placed before the bride by the Lord. This open door is the “Feast of Trumpets” the only feast where the door of the temple is left opened. She is invited because she has not “denied His name” Rev.3:8. The Greek word for “name” is a derivative of Strong’s #1097 (ginosko) which means to “know intimately”. The church that is raptured does not deny an intimate relationship with God but has sought after it even as the deer pants for the water. King David sought for God in the same way saying, “My soul thirst for you and my flesh longs for you” Ps. 63:1.

The call goes out from the Lord, “Come, my people, enter into your rooms
And close your doors behind you; hide for a little while until indignation runs its course. For behold, the LORD is about to come out from His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; and the earth will reveal her bloodshed and will no longer cover her slain” Isaiah 26:20-21 NASU. There are two words of importance in the verse, the first is “rooms” which is a chamber and most likely the wedding chamber. The second is “place”; this word is used as a euphemism for pudenda. Once the Lord takes His bride into the chambers for 7 years and consummates her only then does He come out of His place, i.e. His bride……don’t miss part 3 www.unveilingthebride.com
