Rapture calculated by logical deduction
Many of us hated math, well at least word problems. Word problems were my worst subject as a kid but became the major part of my working career. Remember how they introduced us with the easy problems? For example Mary’s mother sent her to the store with five dollars to buy a dozen eggs. The large eggs cost $ 2.50 a dozen and the medium eggs cost $2.00. How many eggs can Mary buy with her $5.00? All we must do is take our known and formulate the answer. There is only one correct answer with the information given to us. We know that Mary had $5.00 dollars, the large eggs cost $2.50 therefore Mary can buy 24 eggs, right? She could also purchase the medium eggs for $2.00 and buy 30 eggs. However neither of these answers is correct! All her mother wanted was 12 eggs.
Here is my point; God has given us known facts in His word that do not change. We can take these known facts and by logical deduction eliminate unreasonable answers.
What are the facts of God’s end time plan?
1. We know that the coming of the Lord is on the Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur. Jews refer to this feast as “Shofar HaGadol” meaning “Great Trumpet”. Isaiah 27:12-13, “ In that day the LORD will thresh from the flowing Euphrates to the Wadi of Egypt, and you, O Israelites, will be gathered up one by one. And in that day a great trumpet will sound. Those who were perishing in Assyria and those who were exiled in Egypt will come and worship the LORD on the holy mountain in Jerusalem”. And in the New Testament it says, “Matt 24:30-31, And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory. And He will send forth His angels with A GREAT TRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other”. There are many more Scriptures to prove this but this with suffice for now.
2. We also know that God gave Daniel a revelation of the end time events. In Daniel 9:24-27 the angel Gabriel gives Daniel a timeline of future events that are for his people the Jews. The timeline is a completion of seventy weeks. We know that these seventy weeks are seven year intervals or a total of 490 years, 7 × 70 = 490 years. Sixty nine of those weeks where fulfilled there remains one last week. Daniel 9:27 says that a covenant will be made in this last week with the “man of sin” but in the middle of the week he will not hold to his word. By studying further we can calculate the number of days in this one week. Looking in the book of Revelations we are told what a Biblical prophetic year equals. Revelations 13:5, “The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months”. Rev 12:6, “The woman fled into the desert to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days”. Here comes some calculation of the two known numbers. Revelations 13:5 tells us that the “beast” was given 42 months to blaspheme God and Revelations 12:6 tells us that during this time Israel is given a place to hide for 1,260 days. These two numbers give us a Biblical month in days, 1,260 days / 42 months = 30 days. Therefore, 7years x 12 months x 30days = 2,520 days. This is the minimum days of the 7 year tribulation. Daniel adds another 30 days, Dan. 12:11 from the abomination until the cleansing of the Temple. Therefore the maximum number of days would be 2,520 days + 30 days = 2,550 days. Compare Revelations 11:2 and 11:3 to calculate the same amount of days.
3. Daniel tells us that after the abomination of desolation the temple will be cleansed. Dan 8:13-14, “Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to him, “How long will it take for the vision to be fulfilled — the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, the rebellion that causes desolation, and the surrender of the sanctuary and of the host that will be trampled underfoot?” He said to me, “It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary will be reconsecrated”. On the Day of Atonement the High Priest would atone for the sins of the people as well as for himself. He would also cleanse the Temple and make atonement for the sanctuary, holy place and alter Lev 16:20. The return of our Lord on the Day of Atonement will constitute the cleaning of the sanctuary.
4. The 2,300 evenings and mornings equal full days. With this information we can calculate the time the temple will be built. The total days of the 7 years tribulation is 2,550 days max minus the 2,300 days for the total days from the beginning of the daily sacrifices to the sanctuary re-consecration to = 250 days. 2,550 days – 2,300days = 250 days completion of Temple. Therefore after the signing of the covenant Israel can build the sanctuary which will only take 250 days or 250days / 30 days = 8.33 months about the time it takes to create an earthly tabernacle i.e. baby.
Just taking these facts, we can narrow down the possibilities of the last seven years.
Knowing that the end of the Tribulation scripturally is the Day of Atonement and calculating backwards 2,550 days we should come to the beginning of the Tribulation or signing of the seven year covenant with Israel, Dan. 9:27.
Since His return is on the Day of Atonement which keeps in line with what He did in His first coming, following the feasts days to the letter, gives us ample proof that He will continue to fulfill the Feasts in like manner.
By looking on the calendar we can find future feasts days and calculate the number of days in-between them, particularly the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur. According to the Biblical month in Scriptures and Daniels informative prophecies we can calculate that this seven year covenant will include 2,550 days definitively!!!! If not we must go back to basic math until we get it right.
What has eluded us in our past calculations concerning the beginning of the seven year covenant is the fact that we assume that it has to be on the Feast of Trumpets!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is the next Feast that our Lord should fulfill regardless of how many have tried to formulate other theories. The “Bride of Christ” will be raptured on this day; however, the signing of the covenant does not have to come on this day. The Feast of Trumpet is known as the “Marriage of the Messiah”. This Feast is known by many names that refer and hint to the day Christ will “abduct” His bride! Therefore this day is the day that the bride goes out to meet the “Bridegroom”, unless we know the day we can’t go out to meet Him!!!!!! Matt.25
Unfortunately, we have surmised that the 2,550 days would encompass the Feast of Trumpets and end 7 years later on the Feast of Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement. Here is my point, the bride will be taken on the Feast of Trumpets, yet not this year 2009, when she does it will be like the blowing of trumpets to warn the people and bring to light the distinguishing difference between the bride and the church.
This distinguishing of the bride is seen in Song of Solomon 6:12-13, “Before I was aware, my soul set me over the chariots of my noble people. “, Come back, come back, O Shulammite; come back, come back, that we may gaze at you! “Why should you gaze at the Shulammite, as at the dance of the two companies?”The bride, like the Shulammite, is set over or “raptured” above her people i.e. “the church”. Once the reality of the separation of the bride is understood, the church says to her, “Come back, come back that we may gaze at you”, meaning that they want to know more about her. Unfortunately, it will be too late, she will already be gone. Christ also says as did Solomon to the Shulammite, “Why should you gaze at the Shulammite, the bride, as at the dance of the two companies”. This was in reference to the custom of the Jews were the maidens went out into a field and danced, accordingly men who were searching for a bride would come and abduct them for marriage. The question asked by Solomon was to be understood that the Shulammite had been swept off her feet into marriage, just like Jesus’ bride will be set above her people and taken into the marriage chambers in His Father’s house.
The signing of the covenant is the demarcation of the 7 year covenant i.e. 70th week of Daniel’s prophecy. From the signing of the covenant to the return of Christ on the Day of Atonement is the period that should equal 2,550 days!!!!!!!!!!! This is very important to understand and see. Daniel explicitly says from the singing of the covenant there will be 7 years, Dan.9:27. It doesn’t say at the rapture of the bride. Therefore, we should be looking for time periods that allow for more than 2,550 days between the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement so that the rapture and signing of the covenant fall on different yet significant days! For instance, in the year 2012 there are 2,578 days in-between the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement. This would allow for the rapture of the bride, not the church, “see confusion on the rapture in my past articles”, to take place on the Feast of Trumpets and the signing of the 7 year covenant 28 days later which happens to fall on the day that Israel is commanded to blow trumpets on the first of each month, Lev.23:24, known as Rosh Chodesh, ראש חדש חשון. This would happen on October 15, 2012. This is the day that the new moon falls on that month. The signing on this day would be the warning for the world that in 2,550 days which falls on the Day of Atonement October 9, 2019 is the day of God’s judgment! www.unveilingthebride.com
