Accepting the role of God’s bride is easier for women than for men, especially since it is literal.
If God created everything, then why did He create Satan?
First let me say that God is all knowing, He is the Alpha and Omega that is the First and the Last. God declares in Isaiah 46:10…I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. Yes, God knows everything.
A unique characteristic of God is that He is the same today as He was yesterday. Based on this truth we can therefore examine what God has done in the past to understand what He will do in the future. The Lord’s seven appointed feasts can give us insight and understanding to end time events as well as the return of Christ.
Why a rapture?
There has been much debate on whether the church will be raptured or even if there is such a thing as the rapture. Without a clear understanding of Jewish wedding customs and the Jewish feasts appointed by God, the concept of a rapture may appear as nonsense.
In John 19:30 Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit” (NIV).
Thinking of Jesus’ mission to obtain I bride for Himself by purchasing her with His blood, a requirement set by the law, Romans 8:3-4, we reflect on these last words spoken from the cross.
