I have read many books in my life but “You Are At The Time For Love” was a blessing. It was like Jesus was walking by my side and many times holding me up. I pray that you too will read this book and open your heart that it may be filled by Him. May God bless you and be with you.

Somewhere between Tommy Tenney’s “God Chasers” and the Second Coming, God raised up an unsuspecting author to write this prophetic teaching. Mickey McNew’s book, “You Are At The Time For Love” whose title comes from the poignant passage in Ezekiel(16:4-37) studies three essential metaphorical “types” that the Bible puts forth to illuminate the depth of intimacy that Jesus desires for His bride. My personal favorite of the three is the first, the wedding feast. So much of what Jesus has to say during his ministry is intelligible only to those who are conversant with the Jewish protocol for marriage. So much of what Jesus tells His disciples, the embryonic germ of his bride, is the starting of the prophetic “stopwatch” ticking off the seconds till the trumpet sounds and the Bridegroom comes for his bride. I won’t give any more away. Following the wedding , is a scholarly examination of the Jewish feasts as they relate to and predict Christ’s return. For anybody who seeks a better understanding of these Old Testament symbols, Mickey provides an instructive overview.
Finally the author offers a highly accessible review of The Song of Solomon, which more than any other book of the Bible offers God’s idea of the relationship He wants with his people. How often have you heard it preached? I refer to this wonderful book as a prophetic teaching as it is a personal revelation to a believer in God’s time with the understanding that the believer share it with the Body at large. There’s really nothing hidden being revealed as much as the Author indicating it is the fullness of time and I envy Mr. McNew’s part in this movement. Read the book and join in.

After reading “You Are At The Time For Love”, I then read “The Song of Solomon” and for the first time, I really began to understand it. Thank you Mickey for writing this important book. We are in a day unlike any other and God is beginning to reveal great secrets and mysteries of the Kingdom and I thank Him for people like you who have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying.

After seeing pictures of Jesus, man’s idea of how he looked, and after seeing the “Passion of the Christ”, it was just hard to see myself as the “Bride”. The section on “gender” in your book took this away- that “wall” has been torn down. The book is wonderful and I truly loved every word. I hope many many others get at least a part of what I did!

What a wonderful read and blessing! I have a real urge to re-read it over and over.
My intentions were to read the book then pass it on to my friend. Now he will have to wait! The book was like sitting down to a great feast of endless courses. I really got fed. Thank you Mickey.
